Biography 

James B. Howarth has been practicing law in Utah since 1999.   Mr. Howarth worked as a Senior Program Counsel for the United States Air Force, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate for 20 years before joining Burt & Payne.  Prior to that, he was an associate attorney with a commercial litigation law firm in Salt Lake City.   Mr.  Howarth graduated in the top 30% of his graduating law school class and obtained his M.B.A. in the same year.
